      Great place to start but move on as quickly as possible

      Social and smart coworkers

      Cons

      High turnover with teams in constant chaos because of managements lack of communication and ability to reward high performing workers. Many paralegals begin working at Fragomen before leaving for law school or going on to a better firm.

      A cubicle farm, literally and metaphorically

      Pros

      They try to have there be an office culture, but it doesn't really work and feels very stilted.

      Cons

      The organization, training, and communication are terrible. I frequently got yelled at for not doing things that nobody told me to do or were never explained to me. The work environment felt totally toxic and I'm so grateful I got out. Low pay and long hours.

      Good place to get experience and then get out!

      Pros

      Something to put on the resume to get 1 year of experience under the belt if you are a recent college grad

      Cons

      Everything here is a con. Management simply just does not care about your well being. Long hours, sweatshop type environment, minimal (if at all) training, low pay, high expectations, high turnover. Poor employee morale leads/led to loss of clients.
