Seemed terrible while working there not so bad looking back

Corporate experience, work with people from all over the world

Cons

Expectations for what you can produce are very high, this place exists on the backs of paralegals churning out legal paperwork for the attorneys to sign off on. Compensation is rigid, anything more than a minimal raise is hard to come by, no bonuses for paralegals.

Company offers good benefits medical, dental, vision etc.

Cons

There is a HUGE lack of communication between upper management and staff. There is no work life balance. You are expected to stay till the work is done. Whenever someone leaves the company you are tasked with taking over the case work from the previous caseworker with no knowledge of the case yourself. HR never gets back to you in a timely matter.

Good education into legal terms in immigration. Can be rewarding to work with some clients. Some coworkers are helpful and cooperative

Cons

Management is so terrible. They treat you like robots, not like human beings. Their expectations are wildly unreasonable and they only communicate with you to be punitive, harsh, and unnecessarily rude. They don't care about you learning on the job, they ONLY care about business needs. Prepare to be bullied into work and then discouraged to the brink of unproductivity and mental health stress. Your supervisor DOES NOT CARE about your feelings, your life, your own needs. I don't think I received so much as a sign of gratitude, a simple "thank you", or an offer to help, a simple "how can i help?" was never uttered. Supervisors make you feel like everything is your fault without taking any accountability for their lack of management or training skills.
