      Pros

      1. You can work with people from different countries and meet different cultures. 2. There's a lot of opportunities to meet VIP from top-ranked companies. 3. People who work here usually are very nice, kind, polite, it´s a nice team of nice people. 4. I'm sure you can make friends at work.

      Cons

      1. Some internal procedures are obsolete and require more time than desired to complete them. 2. Some managers are not well trained in management skills. 3. For periods of time, you can't feel the company of your managers really appreciate you (they are more worried of how many emails you sent, or the color of your wipper) instead of the feedbacks of the company´s you´re working with or the quality of your job.

      Pros

      I have met people from many countries and views, participated indirectly in the development of projects in the country I work in. I have had the opportunity to live abroad and flexibility to work from home.

      Cons

      In my time in Fragomen, I have not experienced downsides yet. I hope none come my way.
