      Good relationship with colleagues, nice office

      Cons

      Extremely high workload, Management does not set clear career paths, Management tends to put a lot of pressure on employees. There are also barely any benefits. For example, many big companies have work from home systems, subsidize food, support with studies, pay gym memberships, etc. This does not occur in Fragomen.
