      -Your experience depends completely on your manager

      Cons

      -Consistently extremely high turnover. Clients complained about not knowing who was working on their case and were confused by the frequent handovers. The partner I worked under was blasé about the turnover rate and the major culture issues within the team.

      Work from home is nice, legal professionals usually are nice when troubleshooting issues, pay is good,

      Cons

      No skill development, management doesn't understand workflow and don't seem to care about low morale. Employees quit constantly due to the lack of changes, should probably have more people due to # of tickets but replacements not hired for people who leave every two weeks.
