Pros
The biggest pro for me is our amazing company culture. Coming from a previous workplace that was quite toxic, it has been incredibly refreshing to be part of such a healthy and supportive environment. Other pros include never feeling bored, collaborating closely with some of the smartest people I know, and being part of a truly mission-driven company. The people here are willing to work extremely hard and even make sacrifices to achieve our shared goals, which is inspiring to witness every day.
Cons
I wouldn’t call this a con, but as a start-up, this role demands a high level of dedication, commitment, and a willingness to go above and beyond every day. Freeform isn’t the kind of place where you simply clock in, work eight hours, and clock out. We’ve created our own version of work-life balance that may not be for everyone - but that’s part of what makes Freeform truly unique.
