The worst, nastiest company I've been part of
Pros
Plenty of talented and friendly people You get two hours off on Friday during the summer They give out bagels with butter occasionally for breakfast You get to shake the company president hand...this is a bonus!
Cons
At the end of the day the company is private and only cares about its own agenda, remember, they would not care about you or the livelihood of your career/family. 1. Expect to be micromanaged from all angles 2. Personal time off is scrutinized and only portionally paid when you leave 3. Working outrageously late hours/weekends/holidays is ignored and unappreciated 4. Plenty of back-stabbers to keep you on your toes 5. Untruthful in interviews, they would promised something and would not deliver on thos promises 6. Random & unwarranted firings from top to bottom. 7. Under qualified management, perhaps they need to be more educated about leadership and human values. 8. Head-scratching promotions 9. Excessive turnover rate
