Pros

Great discounts on groceries, a company small enough to know nearly everyone. and flexibility on which locations you can work from and which shifts you perfer.

Cons

As a field manager, the company asks for ever more work to be done without any commensurate benefits. Additionally, The amount of employees each field manager is responsible for is far higher than any other company would reasonably allow.
