Very nice work environment. Many activities for workers (indoor gym, seafood chef, many lounge areas, cafeteria) Somewhat easy to be promoted positions are usually available for higher pay with training

Cons

Must work in freezing weather, can be unbearable at times. Company does not renew equipment causing many issues that, ofcourse, we have to deal with. Speaking spanish is not mandatory but may as well be. Maybe 80% of workers were hispanic.
