If you're interested in being exposed to many parts of a business, this is a good place because it's a free for all in terms of workload and roles.

Cons

There is confusion around what the priorities are. The location is terrible. The benefits suck and the work never ends. Constant shifting of leadership and strategy. Horrendous HR department.

Potential for growth, generous employee discount. if you decided to stick it out, eventually you'll get promoted because most people quit

Cons

toxic environment, too much gossip (from upper management). they try to recruit from ivy league schools for little pay compared to the workload. upper management has no sense of urgency and this results in constantly rushing or working late to finish projects. When things go wrong, everyone is very accusatory and will call you out on company wide emails.
