Pros

Great management experience for your resume. Thats the only pro.

Cons

This company is ruthless and will do anything to drive the bottom line. Have a record breaking sales year and reach #1 overall in your region? 1.2% ANNUAL raise to entire salary......pennies to what we contribute. DO not work for this organization. You will work 7 days a week, 2 am calls from employees weekly and weekends. And ridiculous expectations with lack of resources or staffing to achieve,

Cons

Pros

Long term benefits are great. Offers a pension that you would vested in after 3 yrs. loads of overtime. Ideal for someone single. Great for college grads and young people starting out.

Cons

Not for people with families. A lot of people have had relationships to suffer from long work hours and being forced over. Owned by Pepsico but still ran on the good ole boy scenario. Extremely high turn over rate from a mix of either people that quit or get fired. Mostly fired. Management only cares about the bottom line and their image. Expect to be yelled at or cursed at from management. The level of vulgarity is ridiculous. If your a single person and want to stay that way it’s perfect. They do read these reviews ever so often to try to change the culture but eventually everything reverts back to its normal routine. If this was 1920 this company’s ethics would fit in to the norm. But it’s not 1920. People think food that’s prepared is done so by FDA standards and they can trust the manufacturer. All I can say is that people should go back to eating at home more often. If you only knew.
