Pros

Better than industry pay and great benefits

Cons

Focus on only promoting females, followed by diversity*. Literal scorecards and targets to promote female over male regardless of abilities. Management bonuses to promote only women.

Pros

Very good pay and benefits

Cons

the review title says it all. If all you desire from a job is good pay and great benefits and that's all you desire from your employee then this is the job for you. But if you want a career where you can grow in the company and grow as a person I suggest you look somewhere else for a job.

Disappointing company

Pros

You have a lot of flexibility in your role. You can make decisions that impact your business without having to ask your boss about every decision you make. No one is checking in on you every hour.

Cons

You will sell your soul to Frito Lay. Forget about having a life outside of work, because senior management expects you to be available at all hours of the day (even at 2am). The pressure to succeed is insurmountable, but the resources provided are insufficient. Avoid this company to maintain your sanity.
