Pros

Weekly Pay, if you are ok with 600 a week after taxes but you will soon realize it's not enough for the work you do

Cons

12 to 16hr shifts/NO time to take your lunch..most just clock out but still work through it, otherwise you will never get done with your route and make it back to the warehouse before your 14 hour mark/hard work goes unappreciated/front desk receptionist always has a nasty attitude when you ask for work shirts or safety attire/poor management...new managers are hired straight out of college who don't know the basics about leading a team / they try to get away with not paying you, so you need to check your pay stubs regularly to make sure they captured all your hours/they don't care if you are working long hours and if you are a relief driver, they will often schedule you to work 6 days straight and have the nerve to call you and ask if you can come help on your day off because managers are lazy and hate covering down routes. The money is what keeps you going back, but at the end of the day you realize money isn't everything and you are missing out on things that really matter like spending quality time with your family, and forget about trying to pursue your educational goals, they won't work around your schedule ..its a very fast paced job, time windows to meet when you are delivering..you can be fast but that doesn't matter when you are dealing with nasty store receivers that give you a hard time or have to wait for other vendors to be checked in. You walk into the store just to find backstock wasn't worked of course they don't hold lazy workers responsible.. so you have to work that, plus what you're delivering and write the order for next delivery day. No point in calling for help they always say they are short staffed..gee I wonder why that is??

Worst job in America

Pros

None. This is the worst job I have ever had.

Cons

Unless you are single and enjoy not sleeping then this is not a good job for you. This job is 14 hours a day. Management lies. Regularly. Seriously they even lie about petty conversations had in passing. No honesty or integrity anywhere in the company.
