Pros

Pretty much set your own hours (but not work days), can make some money if you put the time in, heavy workload but easy work if you know how to work hard, quickly, and efficiently.

Cons

Often long hours, work weekends and holidays, management basically useless, many useless/lazy coworkers which makes your job more difficult. High turnover because perception from applicants is that it's a simple potato chip selling job. Pay structure continually changing. Outlook negative with heavy competition, product not selling as well as it had in the past, unreasonable sales expectations, company always looking for ways to pay employees less.

Pros

The average hrly employee is payed the same per department there is no separation in experience.

Cons

There is no room for advancement within the company all major roles are recruited straight out of college so an employee has little chance to advance beyond regular positions
