Pros
Best reason to work at Frontier Airlines, the application process is easy, the provide travel accommodation to interview, the travel benefits are great, all medical and retirement benefits start immediately, and the training is fun.
Cons
Bad thing about working for them, they are more focused on growing. So once you're hired, the only thing you are to them is your seniority number. They are biased when it comes to discussing job saving issues. When they say that they understand that life happens in training, don't believe it. Even if you're in a comma in the hospital (which actually happened to another FA) they still give you points for missing work. It's super easy to get the job because they make it super easy to lose it. If you're prone to sickness or car accidents, or anything else that may pop up to cause you to miss work, you may not want to choose this company. On the other hand, if you don't have kids, have a back up savings in case they feel like getting rid of you, and can afford to move in the expensive areas in the back yard of the airport, then this is a great company for you.
