Quick seniority for airlines 12 hour reserve period Relaxed environment Got a new CEO- though no big moves yet

Cons

Blames FA’s for everything The old CEO said he doesn’t want flight attendants longer than 3 years and the pay/benefits show that. Low morale for years New contract isn’t even being worked on Moving to unproductive turns
