Pros

Many women hold positions in this company but its not women-friendly

Cons

Work load was ridiculous, typical work day was twelve or more hours with the expectation to work Saturday and Sunday. Directors were hired and fired within weeks. Low morale.

Pros

Was not micro-managed; ability to contribute to progressing the company forward in processes and procedures during an acquisition that tripled the size of the company; ability to telecommute

Cons

Time spent on implementing and introducing new methods, procedures and processes internally seemed to be a waste of time as the company seemed to turn its back on being open to such in the end. Never felt like work was ever completed in a timely manner. Turnaround times were never met due to lack of organization among inter-departmental groups. HR Benefits Dept and payroll who handle severance packages are highly disorganized.

Pros

Pay was good- but- that is slowly being chipped away at. CEO wants the union to disappear. Some jobs already moved to another state at very low wages. Nice people abound EXCEPT my supervisor in SP who everyone knows to be a radical pain in the butt. Just hell on earth when one single sup makes so many lives hell there. You know? But, pay was really good, people were sorta fun, the whole environment was quite nice for a call center. The Call Center Director was/is FANTASTIC and fair- a real benefit.

Cons

Uhhh- CEO sorta lies bigtime. We all noticed that sorta quick. Wage cuts not going over too well currently. People think the 160 jobs in SP may be cut at any time- and eventually they will probably be right about that. Many, many mistakes that we correct from other centers. Feel so sorry for so many customers who got Frontier and now hate it, because of too many mistakes in the field, in orders, etc. Oh- stock payout is almost non-existent.
