Pros

Large corporation with entrepreneurial flavor. Growth through acquisition in the last few years. Good environment for women in leadership.

Cons

Can't really tell senior management that they are wrong--shoot the messenger. Small salary increases - 1% to 2%. Bonus less than 100% over the past few years. No real balance of work and life. Issues with network and plant. $4 stock price. Internal systems could be better.

Pros

Was an ok place to work. Many nice people, many incentives

Cons

Company puts up your sales being stolen by other reps. Also puts up with disconnects being transferred back into the call que or accounts noted as being disconnected, but not done. Needs to fix the software as reps can also alter each others case notes and service order memos. Dont ever try to excel at your job too much, as then your sales start being questioned, even though they were ALL ETHICAL sales
