If you are an employee from the old Verizon footprint, your chances for advancement are slim to none. The talent they bring aboard, is lacking in technical communication aptitude.

The people working at frontier are top shelf, compensation was very good and benefits were good.

Cons

upper management has no loyalty to the people that work for them, you are only a number and are not deserving of being a person, use and then discard.

Frontier genuinely trys to have the customer's best interest at heart. Sometimes it feels like a breath of fresh air with its ability to get a deal done.

Cons

Lots of disorganization. The company still feels like it is digesting the Verizon Acquisition. Sometimes it feels like the focus is in the wrong area.
