Pros

Benefits are would be considered appropriate.

Cons

Management that is doing what ever they can to cobble together a network that is barely able to operate, no training dollars, no operation dollars, and a pay structure that is based on who you know not what you know. Do not question or comment on any issues to Senior Management if you want to keep your job. employees are coached as to what you are to say to Senior Leadership and it has to be only the glowing details as to protect your direct report from jeopardizing their job. Expect 24/7 with no compensation and what is vacation? Quality employees are jumping ship right and left and the ones left are the "left overs" that no one else wants.

Pros

Still provide benefits, although it's cost management double what it did with Verizon.

Cons

They took a healthy, viable telecom area and turned our customers to the competition because they haven't got a good marketing team to provide competitive price points.
