Good Retirement benefits and some nice coworkers

Cons

They could care less about the employees, If you get a 1% merit raise you are lucky I have heard MANY been told that " you are lucky to have the privilege to work here" HR actually believes that too. It is such a culture of medicracy. Excellent performers are penalized and the average are rewarded.

There are plenty of opportunities to drive improvements. It just takes dedication to see them through. Leadership is usually aligned around concrete initiatives and proves the support necessary to deliver good results. Work/life balance is preserved with reasonable expectations for performance. Low turnover - you can build relationships with coworkers for years.

Cons

Compensation is lower than industry norms. Some processes and tools are ancient and are in desperate need of an upgrade.
