Pros

Frost is a great company to grow and potentially build a career within. They do their best to provide you with all opportunities to expand your career. Even the capability to move up within the company or shift into an entirely new department.

Cons

Can be a bit competitive even though it’s not promoted as one and you have to speak up for yourself or you can go unnoticed. If you do the minimum expected of you it can be easy to slip by. This can get frustrating for others who work hard to excel and are judged at the same level as those who do not.

6% 401(k) matching, 2 weeks paid vacation per year starting out and goes up, no sales requirements on Teller side, great ability to get in contact with chain of command, decent or okay medical benefits.

Cons

Every branch does things differently depending on the Supervisor and Manager. You may get turned away and told you cannot do a transaction at one location and go to another in the same city and get told you can process it with no problems. This causes confusion and frustration among customers and staff as they get treated differently depending on where they go.
