      BEWARE THE UNIVERSAL BANKER (FLOATER) POSITION!!!!

      Pros

      Nice well known company. Brown nosing actually gets you promoted. You get to work in a Bank. Meeting goals isn’t a huge deal. The lowest paid worker makes $15 an hour

      Cons

      Not a sedentary position!!! The position pays a $1 more than the lowest paid worker. Teller work takes up most of your time. Majority of the customers are entitled and spoiled. HORRIBLE TRAINING!!! Outdated systems. Coworkers and Managers that take advantage of you. No real support from upper management. HUGE CULT MENTALITY!!!!!

      Pros

      You only have to have a pulse to get a promotion if you're a woman and/or hispanic.

      Cons

      Favoritism and office politics are only way to get ahead. You can't have 2 days off in row unless you use vacation. 1 holiday on Thanksgiving. 1 holiday on Christmas. Ancient IT technology. No bonuses. Have to work here 5 years to get a 3rd week of vacation. 3% raise per year. They won't give a written offer of employment. They changed the terms of my offer after I accepted. The application process has your former salaries as a required field.

      Pros

      Laid Back, decent pay, very small town bank atmosphere. Overall not a bad bank on the consumer side they’ll let you do anything as a customer if you kick and scream enough.

      Cons

      Political, Political, Political. If you come from a big bank this place is definitely not a smart move. Management makes accommodations for staff they like. Employees are allowed to get away with Racial Profiling and Racial Comments even when management and HR is involved. Overall this bank is terrible to work for.
