      401k matches up to 6% You will find some people who genuinely care about you The CEO is very down to earth and kind

      Cons

      Poor management and HR is not there to protect you as an employee. People get promoted based on favoritism not because they qualify for the position. Not every area is ran the same so you may end up in an area where it is very cliquey. There is really no official training. Many areas are hard to move up in.

      Great culture. Definitely will gain a "work family"

      Cons

      Pay. (Slightly lower than competitors, however, they will justify this with a good retirement plan and vacation.) Promotion. (There is some shady stuff, but I feel like you'll get that in most every company. I've seen people work their way up from the bottom. I've also seen people give 110% and receive no more than a "good job." This, I'm sure is everywhere, but it's a shame when you give the best and can't move further.)
