Just had a huge layoff, the future of FCE is very uncertain. Morale is very low in the company as we begin 2017. Very little direction from upper management. Many senior technical people are about to retire with

Great group of people to work with.

Cons

Upper Management did not listen to employees which lead to the collapse and our CEO being fired, but that was too late. That took a layoff of 135 employees before they booted him. Since key Engineers moved on. Sad to see this happen.
