It's a good place to be if you have no desire to advance your career or build your resume.

Cons

This company is circling the drain. They laid off about 100 employees back in November 2016. Since then those of us who survived the layoffs, AND who had something to offer were able to leave. The ones without much to offer and of marginal abilities are the only ones who remain. Fuelcell's stock hovers just above $1, and has dipped below $1 often. In fact the NASDAQ has placed fuelcell on notice that it is in danger of being taken of the NASDAQ as they do not deal in penny stocks.
