Collect a salary in a hostile workplace

Cons

I was over-qualified for this job. I had to go to a funeral one day and I was dressed formally for the funeral. A rude employee walked by the lab, looked at me, and said "Dressing like that won't get you anywhere". Fuel Cell Energy will never get anywhere with these kind of employees.

Cons

The company is low or no profits after 40 + Years in business. The company was being run using 1970-80 MRP systems and you're expected to perform at todays pace and standards
