Pros

Unit coworkers worked together and cared deeply about the patients

Cons

I was warned by a former employee to not work here. I lasted less than a year due to a riot that occurred when we were understaffed for acuity with a house officer who WAS NOT a nurse. Seven people went to the hospital and the police was called. Fuller then tried to deny my workers comp claim when I was injured. Mandations happen ALL the time as the hospital DOES not staff accordingly for the type of patients and behavior at the hospital. Buzzfeed put out an article about UHS hospitals and the dangers there. Pros

Nurses and coworkers, helping patients struggling with mental health.

Cons

Leadership. Transactional only. You are a body. You are not appreciated.
