      Pros

      You need to put in a lot of hard work, but you will be appreciated and rewarded. The entire team values feedback and are constantly looking to improve for our customers but also our internal employees. There's never a dull day and never a day where I don't feel challenged. The culture and team members are the best I've ever had the pleasure of working with; everyone trusts, listens, and pushes each other to be the best they can be.

      Cons

      It's extremely fast paced, which is not for everyone. We have made great strides with hiring outside of the normal locations, but it would be great to extend the search for talent in other cities, states, countries now that the world of remote work has changed.

      Pros

      - Great Company culture. - Company always motivates employees for new ideas and work. - Awesome company ethics. - Rapidly growing company in all ways possible. - Doing the absolute best that can be expected in response to COVID. - Leadership clearly focused on the next chapter of the company and future of the industry in general.

      Cons

      Though these are not the major ones for me. - Personally, pay scale could have been better. - Still growing company so a lot of process change every few months but that's normal.

      Pros

      Globalization Partners inherit the best nurturing culture that enable every individual in bringing their personal development to the greatest height, just like the company scaling up high. Management walks the talk and you get what you want where the dream team is always there to support you all the way. It is not a company if you just looking for status quo as changes to improve the service, work and quality is in everyone's DNA! It doesn't hurt to take a fall at times is the attitude to go rather than not trying to do your very best.

      Cons

      Non at all that I can think of except not for those who likes status quo.
