      Pros

      - You feel welcomed into the GP family instantly. - The company truly cares about your opinions and is open to hearing everyone's voices - The pay is great - I truly enjoy the people I work with and I truly enjoy what I do. It can certainly be a hard or confusing concept to learn at first but Globalization Partners gives you all of the tools you need to succeed. The work is busy and always changing but being busy and having change is one of the things I love about this company. They treat their people right!
