Remote Work Works

Pros

G-P knows how to make a fully remote environment engaging and productive. Teams have meaningful connections, and surprisingly good work life balance for a globally dispersed workforce. As the company is still young, there are many opportunities to make an impact and leave your mark as G-P continues to build and grow, which also leads to meaningful career opportunities within the company. The teams are made up of very high performing, agile individuals, which creates opportunities for career mobility. Leadership cares about the culture and their employees. Behavior that is not in line with company values is not tolerated. High performance is recognized. Work is prioritized to create focus and prevent burnout. There is flexibility in when how you get your work done, allowing for balance of work with personal needs. It's hard to find a company where you look forward to coming to work each day, and I am happy to have found that with G-P.

Cons

G-P still has the entrepreneurial spirit of the young company that it is, which means that there is less of the formality and rigor that is found in larger companies that have been around for a while. If you thrive in an environment where you are working within already established formal processes, this may not be the right environment for you.

Pros

G-P is a remote first company and still makes their employees feel cared, listened, and appreciated. In every country they hire they offer statutory benefits and have some supplemental options that make a super competitive benefits package no matter where you are.

Cons

I havent experienced anything relevent enough to be reported here as a disadvantage.
