      Really fast growing company with an innovative approach to global expansion. A great group of dedicated global professionals.

      They hire fast which should probably have been a red flag...

      Cons

      It's a founder-led company with a problematic leadership team. They switch goals/objectives often and have little transparency. It's clear that they want to be product focused, but are still struggling through the transition. The environment can feel mediocre and toxic. While based in USA, the majority of your team will be in Ireland, Mexico, Poland, or India. This is clearly a mechanism to keep costs low while pretending to "bring opportunities to the dreamers". The compensation also isn't great. HR is too stretched thin so they won't be much help... they laid more off most of the people team. This company is financially unstable and does tons of restructures/layoffs. RUN.
