Pros

There isn't much in this category. Nice office building.

Cons

The disrespectful way we are treated and under valued is so sad. Upper management does not care about their employees. All they care about are numbers. As more and more good employees that are left look for other work, they are starting to throw money around to make them stay. Any company that has to "bribe" it's employees to stay has done something wrong. When G&D was a good company to work for, many people in this area wanted to work here, but not anymore. People are leaving on a weekly basis.

Freedom to use my knowledge and experience. They provided support and training to accomplish projects the way they wanted them done.

Cons

Lack of timely communication. Dislike of me working with the customer's management to ensure agreement on changes I decided to make to the facility or process.

Pros

I worked for this company as a manager for 12 years. I was told to fire work comp employees as soon as they returned to work. I dedicated my life one time this company. I work hard and long hours. I brought in millions of dollars of revenue with my own customers. I was let go for untrue allegations because i was not part of the little click they have formed. The top bosses only treat you good if you are a relative or in their little click. Their customer service is so bad it's sad.

Cons

This was a good company when Bill O'Neil the third was there. Matter of fact they use to be one of the best companies around. It's hart breaking for me because at one time 24 years ago my blood ran green.
