Unfair and over worked.

A lot of over time. Left alone to do your work. Managers knew their jobs. Paid lunches. Pay was not great but decent.

Cons

Forced work 6 days a week. Averaging between 50 and 65 hours a week. Managers catered to outside entities more than there employees.
