Pros

There are some really great people at this company. Unfortunately, they are leaving for better jobs. Who can blame them?

Cons

Salary/pay increases for anyone not in upper management are a complete joke. Everyone else is treated as a replaceable work horse with little to no appreciation.

Pros

If you only need a temporary job, go ahead and take the risk. The company was once a fabulous place to work, but because of the new coditions, there are no guarantees you will have a job tomorrow.

Cons

Extremely tense working conditions at corporate! As the company is up for sale, long-time dedicated employees are being terminated daily.

Cons

Communication between management to it's subsidiaries, and from customer service to operations aand to customers is inadequate.
