Pros

If you are under the right manager, you will do all of their work and will gain a lot of experience for below par wage and zero opportunities for growth.

Cons

You will gain experience to go to another firm.

Pros

There is a decent gym across the street. Costco is close. Locations in Homestead and Murrysville make the commute from east of Pittsburgh easy.

Cons

Treated like just a number. Development doesn't matter. No work life balance, worked until midnight too many times and it wasn't appreciated, it was expected. Seems like the plan is to keep you so busy with work that you do not have time to stop and think that your career is going nowhere. If you come in as an entry-level engineer, get your experience, stay 2 years MAX.

Pros

Payed well for Part time/intern. The people I worked with in office were amazing.

Cons

Initially when I interviewed with GAI they promised me certain perks, however when I went to use some of the perks they denied me and denied saying they had offered the benefits to me. When I showed them written proof that they had in fact offered me the benefits, Management/HR still turned around and said NO and also told me "They lie in interviews". I was one of three in my office that that happened to. I couldnt even make that up if I tried. Their benefits and compensation is very much sub-par compared to competitors. They make you go to meetings during your breaks and/or wont pay you to attend the mandatory meetings.
