      GAI is growing quickly but how good is it at managing this growth

      The company is growing quickly.

      Cons

      Offices that are not at their main HQ will often feel like satellites. They typically get staffed last and get word of changes in corporate policy last. GAI is making lots of acquisitions but it seems like the pace of growth is too quick and the company has had difficulty integrating people into its business.

      Pay and benefits Some balance with work And life Friday’s office is empty everyone sneaks out by lunch time

      This firm is not a design firm or a friendly place . If you are over 55 great place to be since most people here are old and out dated in their approaches especially towards anything creative . Others try to keep low profile so incompetency won’t show .
