      Pros

      nothing to say except you could work all the hours you wanted if you worked in the field-didn't have to dress up-you got a free lunch when management visited the job trailer.

      Cons

      full of nepotism!!! when I was there, they treated women like they were meant to be seen and not heard. the more credentials you had, the less work you did!! in the early 80's, no vacation pay and benefits were slashed-layoffs, etc. management did not know how to manage!!!!!!!

      Pros

      Will higher without experience so great for recent graduates. Laid-back atmosphere. Decent work-life balance. Encourage to do social activities as a whole.

      Cons

      Poor pay. Barely anyone can get bonuses. You are lucky to get more than a 50 cent raise a year. Doesn't put a lot of time and money into training because of that many lead environmental specialists lack knowledge that is needed in the field. Promote people who should not or is not ready to be promoted. Benefits are horrible, they try to sale it to you like it is great, but it's one of the worst that I have seen.

      This is a full time job with benefits

      Cons

      This company definitely puts an emphasis on engineering, but not on their other offerings. GAI is one of the lowest paying consulting firms for environmental employees. Management was dishonest with me and many of my colleagues during the interview process by downplaying the travel expectations.
