they had good training material

Cons

i did everything the wanted me to, didnt deviate from the scripts and opportunity was not there. unless you join in on the drink the coolaid mentality and kiss ass to managers

Great training program and personal development.

Cons

Self deifying co-owner, lack of upward mobility, run like a "good old boys club." Compensation plan is not explained clearly until the first day.
