      Pros

      All employees are extremely knowledgeable and do their job with great expertise. The company is growing at a very fast pace and management does a great job of keeping up and making sure there is still good employee morale.

      Cons

      Need to focus on career development for entry and mid-level employees so they will feel as though they are growing within the company and will want to continue at GEI.

      Pros

      Management is always willing to help advance a persons career through training and career development courses. We are constantly growing and bringing on fresh new faces, it's so nice to see.

      Cons

      I am a big advocate of change in the workplace when necessary. Hard to change people that have been here for a long time. Attitudes aren't always the most positive.

      Pros

      GEI has a great culture of giving their employees the freedom and resources to be successful. This creates a very positive work environment where people enjoy coming to work everyday. The recent growth of the company is also very exciting to see as new offices and practice leaders have joined the company over the last few years. GEI treats their employees well and focuses on professional development ensuring employees have the opportunities they need to get to the next level in their careers.

      Cons

      The growth of the company has its operational challenges but senior management seems to be very aware of those challenges and I'm confident they are working to address them.
