Great people, company is very profitable, senior management truly cares about the people, the company operates with integrity, employee owned, tremendous growth.

Cons

Management is still trying to figure out how to balance technical skills, selling skills and people management skills when it comes to staffing managerial positions. Need to do better helping mid-career employees make the jump to senior contributors.
