Pros

they provide full training and support to do your job

Cons

they are terrible at managing workload as some days you would have 3 new claims and other days you would have 15. they turn a blind eye to people working unpaid overtime to catch up on their work when they fall behind. their raises don't track with inflation so you need to constantly get promoted in order to make more money which is difficult as you're competing for 4-5 spots out of 150 people. The stress for many people doing this job is intense as there is a near daily account of someone crying in the bathroom

Pros

Best profit sharing program I've ever seen Job security Great promotion opportunities Fantastic training program Highly organized business Emphasis on integrity Highly involved with charities and the community

Cons

Training/Initial pay for entry-level positions slightly less than some others bc they cover all licensing training /testing /cost Company so large it's easy to fall thru the cracks and get unfairly or unjustly treated (will explain below) Policies are black and white and exceptions are rarely, if ever made, even if reasonable Majority of claims handled by a team instead of one specific adjuster, causing a host of issues, primarily an emphasis on the number of inbound calls taken, not allowing claims to be properly handled.

Pros

Profit sharing Company vehicle Travel Mobility in the company Everyday is different Health benefits

Cons

Continuous work load If you are not capable of dealing with multiple stressful situations/customers on top of extremely high expectations/requirements this will be a lonely, unrewarding job.
