Pros

Experience Have some entry level positions to get into insurance Benefits aren’t bad

Cons

Pay vs Responsibilities WAY TOO MANY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE PAY THEY OFFER THEY INCREASINGLY DEMAND MORE AND MORE FROM YOU THEY WILL WORK YOU TO THE BONE AND SPIT YOU OUT HUGE MICRO-MANAGEMENT ISSUE CONSTANTLY HAVE TO MEET MINIMUM STANDARDS that aren’t always CONSISTENT, ever-changing expectations Constantly have to learn new things and have them implemented immediately Toxic work culture/enviroment Makes workers turn against each other for “stealing work” from one another since we’re all trying to obtain our “numbers”
