They're great company if you're a new hire, but after years and a change in corporate management. Things have drastically changed.

Cons

I've had my job function doubled and have been told I'm not receiving an increase in pay because I'm already making above the median. I was overlooked for a performance race twice in the last 3 years due to being 1/10 of a point off of having a perfect score
