The only good thing was the money and raises were good.
Cons
I have never been with such a micro managing company. They lost billions last year and have re adjusted the Florida pay scale. Someone coming in to the position I was In made 10k less then when I started it. They are cutting cost and people like crazy to get rid of higher payed employees to phase in ones making less. They are wishy washy with policy for employees. The work load is unmanageable but if your more then 3 days over due your getting written up.
