Pros

Profit sharing and that is it!

Cons

Unrealistic core metric goals, absurd customer service survey goals(a score of 8 equals a 1) only 9 and 10's count. Overworked, the claim load was extremely high every day! They make you pay a stipend for the company car!

Pros

- Excellent training program to learn the aspects of auto damage repair. - Ability to work in various locations to gain hands on experience to the auto repair process. - Great co-workers within the company. - Excellent benefits.

Cons

- Extremely difficult rating system that tilts too much towards customer service survey scores which hinders you to be able to adjust claims to the best of your ability. - Non supportive management structure due to company requiring management to handle too many tasks which result in management not being present to assist. - Long work hours. - Difficulty gaining access to company vehicle for new associates while in turn asking for new associates to drive extreme distances to their work location.
