      Pros

      They pay pretty good because they have to to get anyone to work there.

      Cons

      Poor senior leadership in IT, poor understanding of IT by the business leadership due to a lack of leadership in IT, lots of management turnover in IT. The old reputation of sweat shop from the OHL days is back. Basically a very unstable environment with no leadership and no direction.

      Senior VP has sexually harassed, slept with, and kissed women in the office He goes drinking with the supervisors and managers. He slept with a few and promoted them over better employees and males

      Pros

      The pay isn't terrible and they offer work percentage bonus if you exceed over 100% everyday through the week.

      Cons

      The work percentage bonus is a joke and hard to meet. You literally have to work yourself to death to meet 150℅ and it's almost impossible to do. Very labor intensive and the pay doesn't reflect the work load you are required to meet.
