Pros

The pro is that you have a job to pay for your bills, and the benefits are decent.

Cons

There are so many cons to this job! Toxic work environment, lack of support, cursing, negativity, and a CEO who forced people to go into the office during the pandemic. This place is a churn and burn setting, and if you do not make 80-100 calls a day on outdated numbers then you get talked to about it. The company does not invest in new technology or ways to recruit.

GHR takes these concerns very seriously from former and current employees. Pros

The staff on a personal level are great.

Cons

You will work more than 40 hours a week. Low salary + low commission structure unless perm. Sort of a churn and burn type environment regardless. No real growth potential or learning opportunities.

It's OK, as long as you aren't a recruiter

Pros

Spot bonuses, some flexibility in scheduling, nice office location, younger crowd of people working, CEO knows everyone on a first name basis, happy hours, yearly company picnic

Cons

Crappy health insurance, bending of rules by mgmt, infighting between departments, management bullying managers from other departments, breaking rules to make a buck, constant and sudden firings of those not quite up to snuff, continuing to employ sub par healthcare professionals in order to make $$ billing the facilities. The senior employees brain wash the young hires to be snarky, deceitful, stop-at-nothing-to-earn-more-commission coworkers. Literally a revolving door of employees.
