The health benefits could be better. The premiums are high compared to other agencies that have insurance that's 100% covered. It's very competitive and your position is only safe if you are making the company money.

However, the company culture and senior management is the worst of its kind. I’m specifically speaking to senior management. The microaggressions and the hostility at GHR were profound. The amount of profanity used in the office by senior leadership was jarring. GHR talks about speaking to our nurses with respect and professionalism, but when you have such a poor example of leadership its difficult to accomplish. For example, having a senior manager, a VP of a division, swearing at one of the internal employees on the phone or in the office while you’re on the phone with a nurse. Or the same senior manager making assumptions about your dating history or whether your partner is a man or a woman (who cares? And it’s uncomfortable addressing and fielding questions like that in a professional environment). Everyone is a number. That’s it. The work days are long. 9.5 hours per day in the office. And management will look at logs to make sure you were active every hour of the day. Small talk is limited. Office culture is horrible. And they don’t pay nurses fairly (RN’s and LPN’s).
