Pros

Cool employees, and the holiday office party was nice.

Cons

The pay is low. You will be micromanaged and there is a bros culture. People would make inappropriate jokes about candidates' names, which is racist. This organization really showed their colors when the pandemic hit. They were slow to close down the office and kept sending emails like we would be back in a few weeks. Then when the pandemic was at it's worst, our company sent us back in June. Then after the holidays the company gives us 2 weeks to send us back and then we go back in the January. Cases are surging, and the office has done nothing to further protect their employees. Employees aren't required to wear masks at their desks, so you have an enclosed building with an open floorplan with a bunch of maskless people constantly talking on the phone spewing their germs in the middle of a pandemic. Also, the company didn't put up any dividers to protect any of us, and some of these "managers" have their full team in thr office when we are supposed to be sociallt distanced. The distrust is really bad at this place.

Pros

- if you like doing payroll

Cons

- micromanagement - only department that has to work holidays (yes including christmas) - people who do the least work get rewarded, especially relatives of management which is somehow allowed - this company grew during pandemic and cannot sustain the profit, hence recent layoffs and hour cutbacks - hybrid schedule that requires you to work an additional day in office if you use pto or have to wfh a day. also applies if there is a holiday. must always be 3 days in office. even if you are only one in office to make up a day (for what reason) - constant changing of policies to fit their new reasoning for something - many little things management does to show control, never ever showing appreciation

Pros

I can't really think of a Pro, working at GHR didn't advance my career in a positive manner.

Cons

- Lack of Diversity - Everyone is white...facts. -Starting Pay is from $48-50k, it takes close to a year to gain good commission. -Managers are unprofessional and vulgar and do not know how to lead with empathy or talk to employees. - No training is provided for new hires, just shadowing and jumping on calls. in a few days. - Benefits are Mediocre, maternity leave is FML 12 weeks. There is no additional leave provided. -Hybrid work is not guaranteed. - Walking on eggshells, not trying to get yelled at. - PTO is only 2 weeks, no additional sick time off. So if someone gets sick, say goodbye to vacation. - No yearly Pay raises, as promised in the offer letter - No career Growth...works for people who aren't ambitious. -500% increase in profit due to covid but no one saw a pay raise maybe expect the VPS and CEO. They also ask current employees to write "good reviews" on Glassdoor and Google, so the truth stays hidden.
